How It All Began
My journey into the world of baking began with a childhood filled with creativity and a natural knack for experimentation. Even as a young girl, I found myself drawn to the kitchen, eager to explore the endless possibilities that lay within the world of baking.
I remember flipping through the newspaper pages, searching for that perfect cake recipe to try out. It was like a treasure hunt, finding hidden gems among the headlines. As I grew older, my passion for creativity only intensified, leading me to pursue a degree in Mass Communication.
However, I soon realised that my true calling lay elsewhere. My heart belonged in the kitchen, where I could unleash my creativity. Armed with this newfound clarity, I honed my skills, experimenting with flavours, textures, and techniques to create cakes that not only looked stunning but also tasted divine.
Our Backbone & Milestones
Behind every successful person lies a story of unwavering support. My husband, Anup Ghosh, has been my rock from the very beginning, encouraging me to pursue my passion for baking and believing in my dreams even when I doubted myself. And my dear son, Shivom Ghosh, his boundless enthusiasm and unwavering faith inspire me every day.
Through years of dedication and hard work, I transformed my childhood fascination into a thriving business, establishing Moni’s Cakes in November 2020 as a beacon of quality, creativity, and passion. Today, my journey continues as I delight in crafting tempting, designer, and healthy cakes that bring joy to all who taste them.
